Physiotherapy / Musculoskeletal & Sports Injury Therapy
If you’re experiencing a sports injury or musculoskeletal pain, treatment begins with a comprehensive assessment to establish an accurate diagnosis and identify contributing factors.
Your clinician will assess movement, strength, flexibility, and joint function before explaining the findings clearly and outlining a personalised treatment plan.
Treatment combines hands-on therapy with targeted rehabilitation to relieve pain, restore function, and reduce the risk of future injury.
Initial Consultations
A comprehensive assessment of range of motion, strength, and movement quality. By the end of the session, your clinician will provide a clear diagnosis, explain contributing factors, and outline an evidence-based treatment plan.

Clinical Soft Tissue Therapy / Sports Massage Therapy
Clinical soft tissue therapy is a predominantly hands-on treatment focused on improving the health, function, and recovery of muscles and connective tissues.
Treatment may include a combination of sports massage, instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilisation (IASTM), acupuncture, cupping, and taping. Techniques are selected based on your individual needs and the response required from the tissues.
This service is designed to address soft tissue reactions to injury, training, or overload. If you are seeking a full diagnosis or assessment of the underlying cause of pain, we recommend booking a Physiotherapy or Sports Injury consultation before commencing soft tissue treatment.
This service focuses on soft tissue treatment rather than diagnostic assessment.
Initial Consultations
Clinical Soft Tissue / Advanced Sports Massage – Initial Consultation
This session includes a subjective assessment to determine suitability for treatment and identify key focus areas. A brief movement and soft tissue evaluation allows your practitioner to select the most effective techniques, which may include advanced sports massage, acupuncture, IASTM, cupping, or taping.
Please note: this appointment does not include formal diagnosis. If diagnostic assessment is required, an MSK, sports injury, or osteopathy consultation is recommended first.

Osteopathy
Osteopathy is a holistic approach to healthcare focused on diagnosing and treating a wide range of musculoskeletal and functional conditions.
It is based on the principle that the body functions best when its structure and movement are well balanced. Osteopaths assess how the skeleton, muscles, ligaments, and connective tissues work together and how restrictions in one area may affect another.
Treatment uses hands-on techniques to restore mobility, reduce tension, improve circulation, and support the body’s natural ability to heal. Alongside manual therapy, osteopaths often provide tailored advice on posture, lifestyle, and exercise to support long-term recovery and prevent recurrence.
Initial Consultations
Osteopathy Initial Consultation
